NIHON DEMPA KOGYO CO., LTD.

 NIHON DEMPA KOGYO CO., LTD.

NDK, Nihon Dempa Kogyo Co. Ltd., was established in 1948 and produce and sale Synthetic Quartz Crystal related products such as:

  • Twin-QCMs (Quartz-Crystal-Microbalance) for material's Outgassing & contamination topics, for Labs and Flights. Compliant with ASTM E 1559 & ECSS-Q-ST-70-02C/04C & best suited for ASTM E 2900 test.

The world's 1st unique Twin Sensor technology allows Reference & Measure electrodes on the same sensor (together with temperature sensor) giving immunity to environmental perturbations (temperature changes , shocks & vibrations).

Furthermore, it allows more data acquisition by Twin-Frequencies simultaneous measurements (10 & 30 MHz) giving very good sensitivity & wide measurement range.

Finally, user can change sensor by himself in "5 minutes", reducing the immobilisation time and reducing the running cost!

  • Ultra-high purity Synthetic Quartz and Crystal Blanks (with best purity level even better than Space required “Swept” technology).

Such top-class purity is great for oscillators performances and much welcome for Space use to resist radiation effects.

  • Crystal devices (Eg : Crystal resonators, Crystal Oscillators: OCXOs, TCXOs, VCXOs, SPXOS, Crystal filters).

NDK is well known as best-in-class quality ; enjoying, by example, 55% WW Automotive market share.

INTES

 IMV CORPORATION

Created in 1984, the INTES company specializes in numerical simulation using the finite element method via the development of the PERMAS calculation code.

Our skills cover all aspects of this field. We thus make our know-how and technical expertise available to our customers.

Our activities are mainly focused on:
• the development and distribution of PERMAS,
• the development of new efficient digital methods,
• the creation of calculation chains adapted to customer needs,
• advice, assistance and training,
• carrying out turnkey studies (modeling, analysis, expertise, etc.).

Our advanced technology allows with PERMAS:
• realistic modeling (incompatible meshes, sub-structuring, multi-physics, advanced organization of the model, etc.) for industrial applications,
• high-performance resolution (advanced management of computer resources, parallelization, GPU, etc.) with commercial servers, allowing the processing of very large models,
• intensive calculation production (variant management, experimental plan, filtering of results, etc.),
• effective treatment thanks to our own solutions of contact problems (bolted connections, transmission of forces by gears, bearings and ball bearings, brake squeal, etc.), fluid-structure/vibro-acoustic coupling and rotor dynamics,
• to optimize industrial concepts via directly integrated solvers (topological, parametric, stochastic) in order to reduce the mass and improve the associated mechanical/thermal/acoustic performances, as well as to benefit from the advantages of additive manufacturing and 3D printing.

For all its clients, INTES aims to be an effective partner in all aspects of the Finite Element Method (FEM).
